APGC Construction is an Afghan-owned and operated company with many years of experience throughout Afghanistan. Not only do we operate in the relatively secure areas of the country but also in those provinces and districts where the security risk is high and the chances of attack are greatest. We do this by establishing solid relationships with the provincial and local governments, tribal elders, and the local inhabitants. APGC Construction recognizes that the needs of the Afghan people are great and that building schools, mosques, and clinics from our own resources goes a long way in helping to reduce security concerns. Our successes are based on our employees’ attitudes and professionalism. APGC Construction employs a mixture of nationalities with engineers in all the disciplines. While we employ predominantly Afghan graduates of engineering programs, we also have engineers from the Philippines and Turkey available to work as project managers and construction superintendents. Additionally, we recruit our skilled labor from the many technical training programs in Afghanistan and also have our own on-the-job training program to “grow” our own skilled labor workforce for electricians, equipment operators, masonry, and plumbers.

Design & Build Services
APGC has been bringing and will bring value to its clients through minimizing the predictable tension between our Design Team and Client’s Evaluation Team, and keeping the main focus on achievement of Project Goals itself. We minimize tensions by systematically submitting the desired info, design/sharp drawings, design calculation and design analysis systematically to the client for approval and orderly responding to the comments.
Engineering Consultancy
APGC has provided the right engineering consulting expertise on several projects from our central office in Kabul. We have a well -versed Engineering Team who have experience of working with Afghanistan Government in the past and have been involved in vital projects. Our consultancy team has the right blend of experience and modern approach for all your consultancy projects. In the past APGC did important and critical studies involving research the status of power and water sectors, among other issues of war –torn Afghanistan.
Building Construction
APGC‘s network of local subsidiaries ensures that full and competitive construction services are being offered to our clients. We have had work experience with several clients in Afghanistan, and we have developed an organized approach for construction execution. We have Safety, Admin, Supervisory and Engineering Units who collectively from APGC Construction Unit. They schedule, plan, organize, control, supervise and lead the sub -contractors in construction works of the projects that APGC is award and implement the projects.
Regular reports are sent to main office which at the desire of client is provide an d also the client is informed of the work progress on timely basis. We have repeatedly practiced this organized approach on several of projects which were all successful. Our construction teams have been working both on horizontal and vertical structures and successfully completed several large scoped projects. We are also working 3-D Panel System, by offering distinctive building solutions with this system for up to Ground +4 residential types of buildings. Most important of them all the 3-D Panel System is very easy and cost -effective to maintain as well.
Road Construction
APGC provides road and site surveys, design and assessment. Our expert Engineers and project managers give our valued customers, the best and exclusive designs with minimum workable budgets and less completion time.

Construction Management
Our Construction Management Team is closely involved in the planning and design phase and typically joins the project at the same time as the architect. We provide input on constructability, budget, and schedule, which reduces costs. During the construction phase, our full-time supervision team is on site, monitoring work to assure compliance with specifications, budget and schedule.
Our CM team also acts as a liaison to the owner providing the on-going status of the project, producing monthly progress reports which detail the status of the job from start to finish.
